Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2012, at around 12:40, the Defendant driven approximately 15 km on the 13th road in Ansan-si, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the 13rd road of the 470-11th road.
