A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 30, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on January 30, 2009, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on August 31, 2010, and was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on February 23, 2011, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) at the Incheon District Court on February 23, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gyeyang Prison on June 19, 2013.

At around 16:00 on July 7, 2013, the Defendant driven a C Ecoo vehicle with approximately 10km alcohol concentration of about 0.125% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from the 10km section to the public parking lot in Ansan-si, 1841, Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si, through a road near the 1435 Moo Bank Oil Station in the 1435 Hyundaibuk-dong, a member of Ansan-si.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is a holder of a vehicle in C Eubs.

At around 16:00 on July 7, 2013, the respondent operated the said car without mandatory insurance from approximately 10km to the public parking lot located in Ansan-dong 1841, Ansan-dong 1435 Hyundai Mam Bank, Dong-dong 1435 Hyundai Mam Bank, Dong-dong 1435.
