A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 13, 2010, the Defendant was punished by a fine of 4 million won due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Suwon District Court on August 13, 201, and a fine of 2 million won due to the same crime in the same court on February 5, 2010.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person who is engaged in driving a cuss car in G.

On June 15, 2013, at around 01:30, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.081% of the blood alcohol concentration without a driver’s license, and was driving the said Eccoo-gu loan, Ansan-si, the Defendant was driving on the said Ecoo-dong 961-1 on the right side of the Pcoo-dong 961-1.

In such cases, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to ensure that he/she has a duty of care to care well to check the safety of course and to proceed.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol and was under the possession of the victim H(38 years of age) who was parked on the right side of the marina road as he was under the influence of alcohol and received the 1 ton of K1 ton truck as the victim J(S, 44 years of age).

Ultimately, the Defendant destroyed the truck to repair cost of KRW 4,449,00 by occupational negligence as above, and damage the truck to repair cost of KRW 3,757,00.

2. On June 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act, the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), and the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act: (a) operated the said Ecoo vehicle without mandatory insurance at a 1km section from the front day of the loan operation of the members of Ansan-si, Ansan-si to the front day of the loan operation of the member of Ansan-si to the front day of the loan operation of the member of Ansan-si, an Ansan-si, with a blood alcohol content of 0.081% under the influence of alcohol without a vehicle driver’s license.
