1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.

A. The Plaintiff entered and graduated from C University psychological department in 1985, and was appointed as a full-time professor at D University psychological department in 2001. The Plaintiff conducted a study on the basis of the precautionary approach to “individual (child/Juvenile)-Family-School” from the time of attending a graduate school as the school psychological department. The doctor’s degree thesis (1998) is “I”. The content of the study is “I de-delivery model” among six (6) of the school psychological studies, which developed a genetic promotion program based on the preventive-promotion model and verified its effects.
