Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인들 피고인들은 2014. 4. 5. 03:10경 서울 강서구 C에 있는 D식당 앞 도로에서, 폭행사건이 있다는 112신고를 받고 출동한, 정복을 착용한 경찰관인 경사 E, 순경 F가 피고인들의 일행인 G을 현행범인으로 체포하려고 하자, 이에 항의하면서 피고인 A는 약 10분간 순찰차 앞을 가로막고 “개새끼야, 꺼져”라고 욕설을 하면서 경사 E을 손으로 잡아 끌고, 위 G을 체포하려는 순경 F를 손으로 밀치고, 피고인 B는 이에 가세하여 발로 경사 E의 다리를 걷어차고, 손으로 순경 F의 팔과 조끼를 잡아 당기고, 계속해서 지원요청을 받고 출동한 순경 H에게 “씨팔놈아 너희가 뭔데, 경찰이면 다냐”고 욕설을 하면서 위 H의 목을 할퀴고 엉덩이를 발로 걷어찼다.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the legitimate execution of duties in relation to the suppression of crimes and the arrest of flagrant offenders by police officers E, F, and Police Officers.

At around 05:00 on April 5, 2014, Defendant A, who was arrested as a flagrant offender due to the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties at the J District District of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Police Station located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, on the following facts: (a) the purpose of Defendant A’s deception E, the victim of the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties; (b) the victim’s slope E, the police officer, and the police officer, despite the absence of the fact that the slope E sexual harassment against the Defendant’s female job-friendly B, Defendant A taken three faces of the said victims using a Handphone camera, etc., and posted the video taken by the said victims for about 4 hours on the Internet Face North of the Internet page of the said victims.

Accordingly, the defendant has harmed the honor of the victims by openly disclosing false facts through the information and communication network for the purpose of slandering the victims.
