Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A On April 10, 2014, the Daegu District Court sentenced two years of suspension of execution to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury), and is currently under suspension of execution, which became final and conclusive on April 18, 2014.
1. At around 04:00 on June 28, 2015, Defendants and D’s co-principal points of “F” located in Seogu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, the Defendants received 112 reports from the Defendants, and attempted to listen to G’s statements by having been dispatched to the police officers of the H District District of the Daegu Hanan Police Station, I and police officers who belong to the H District of the Daegu Hanan Police Station, and attempted to listen to G’s statements. Nevertheless, at the time and place described in the above 1. Paragraph 1., the Defendant and D interfered with police officers as described in the above 1. Paragraph 1., thereby having committed the above crimes and having a G being escaped from the place.
Ultimately, the Defendant conspireds with D.
