Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The defendant's sole criminal conduct;
A. B. On January 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) purchased INF Engines from H located in the Daegu East-gu, Daegu-gu, and (b) was aware of the fact that the said vehicle was installed without obtaining approval from the competent administrative agency for noise prevention devices, etc., and (c) operated the said vehicle to the police officer on June 2016.
2. The Defendant and the 16 co-principal offenders, including the J, together with 16 co-offenders, who are in the same line, back-to-under the same line, and 16 co-offenders, including the Defendant and the J, respectively, were on their own, and the Defendant, including the driver and the J, were able to receive insurance money from the insurance company by advertising the vehicle subject to the crime, making a false report on the fact that a traffic accident occurred, making a false report on the fact that some contact accidents occur.
