Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants and F conspired to obtain insurance money from the insurance company by intentionally causing a traffic accident and receiving the accident as if the accident occurred due to negligence on the part of the insurance company.

Defendant

On January 9, 2014, at around 21:15, 2014, A, B, C, and F face some of their elbows on the H restaurant located in G in Kimhae-si, Defendant A, and Defendant B, C, and F, who are driving by the J He, are going on the above road, and the said vehicle does not avoid the Defendant A. As a result, Defendant A, B, and C had been delivered KRW 1,089,620 to the victim by deceiving the victim as above in collusion with F.

From that time until March 16, 2015, Defendants, in collusion with each or F, obtained a total of 14,250,850 won from each insurance company, the victim, in the same manner as indicated in the separate crime list, from March 16, 2015.

On February 4, 2015, Defendant C violated the Resident Registration Act, at his own house located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-gu, and in relation to the intentional accident listed in the [Attachment Table No. 9], Defendant C unlawfully used L’s name and resident registration number in order to identify the identity when receiving an accident from the employee in charge of the Institute for the Promotion of the Fire and Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., as if he had caused a traffic accident against Defendant L and caused a traffic accident.
