A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, along with C, D, E, F, G, and H, who is in the same line, in the latter line, and six persons, including the driver, the Defendant, etc., were aboard the vehicle as well as the Defendant, respectively, and reported a false insurance on some of the contact accident using the vehicle in physical color, and making a false report on the fact that the traffic accident occurred, thereby receiving insurance money from the insurer.
