The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in maintaining the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted all of the charges of this case on the ground that there is no evidence of crime as to the special larceny among the charges of this case. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, the court below did not err by violating the law of logic and experience and

Meanwhile, the prosecutor submitted a written appeal to the effect that he/she is dissatisfied with the entire judgment of the court below, but there is no indication in the grounds of appeal as to the guilty portion.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
