Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. On October 17, 2018, at around 14:30 to 15:00, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force against the victim’s grandchildren while dialogueing with the victim in front of the training site for the Class II of the Gwangju Northern District, located in the Northbuk-gu Northbuk-gu, Gwangju, and walking on the side.

B. On October 18, 2018, at the above prison C office around 08:10 on October 18, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force by using the victim’s eye sparingly with the victim, and by having the victim’s eye fit with the view of the victim.

C. At around 16:20 on October 18, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by forcing the victim to have a fluencing her sule, “I am a shower at the toilet of a ward, who saw the water on the floor while suling the water at the floor,” and suling him, while making a answer to it, while making her sulbling the victim, and having her own sule fit with the view of the victim.

2. Crimes against victims D;

A. At around 17:15 on October 19, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force on the part of the victim’s right bucks and rhums in the above prison C room, with rhythm of the victim’s knife, and using the victim’s right bucks and rhums.

B. On October 23, 2018, at the above prison C office around 17:10 on October 23, 2018, the Defendant committed an indecent act by force by using the victim’s right buckbucks, which are arranged by the Defendant’s side, as a sudden hand.
