Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from July 31, 2015 to July 31, 2015, is the president of the “C Housing Redevelopment and Improvement Project Association” for redevelopment projects being implemented in the Busan Shipping Daegu B, and is a person who has overall control over the affairs, such as accepting and keeping information disclosure requests, when a member prepares and submits a “written request for information disclosure” stating the name, address, and telephone number of his personal information.

No person who has processed or processed personal information shall divulge any third person's personal information without due authority or beyond permitted authority.
