Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the president of the redevelopment and rearrangement project association of the C Housing redevelopment and rearrangement project.

Where an owner, such as a cooperative member or a landowner, requests perusal or reproduction of documents or related materials concerning the implementation of a rearrangement project, the promotion committee or the chairperson of the project implementer shall comply with such request within 15 days.
