Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a housing reconstruction and improvement project association (hereinafter referred to as “housing reconstruction association”) that is a complainant.

(C) is a member of the Commission, and is the representative of the Section (C).

Appellant D, E, F, and G are members of the Housing Reconstruction Association mentioned above, and 14 members, including H, are members of the Housing Reconstruction Association mentioned above. The complainants are members of the Housing Reconstruction Association.

No person who has been provided with personal information from a personal information manager shall use such personal information for any purpose other than the intended purpose of provision or provide such information to a third party, unless he/she obtains a separate consent from the subject of information or otherwise provided for in other Acts

On November 14, 2016, the Defendant, at the office of the “Housing Reconstruction Association,” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I and 302, filed a list of members of the said “Housing Reconstruction Association,” a member of which he/she belongs to, and received from the “Housing Reconstruction Association,” a list of members of the personal information manager, including the name, address, and telephone number of 230 members of the said “Housing Reconstruction Association,” for the purpose of “all related to the business of holding an extraordinary general meeting for dismissal of the head of the association.”

From around December 05, 2016 to December 19, 2016, the Defendant provided personal information by entering about about 10 names and telephone numbers of N, etc. among the list of union members provided and kept as above to third parties L (n, 50 years of age, and M) who are not members of the said “Housing Reconstruction Association” at a temporary office of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K and 1st floor.
