If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 23, 2013, at around 19:25, the Defendant: (a) 112 reported and sent to Ccafeteria B in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si; (b) reported that “A slope affiliated with D District D District Unit of Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Seoul-si, the Defendant took a bath for the surrounding people under the influence of alcohol and performed a test fee; and (c) subsequently, “A police officer, rings, ma to bit of bitom, and arbits inside the bitle of the bitle of the police police officer, she laid down the bom of the police officer, she was spacked, and obstructed the police officer’s 112 report handling of the police officer’s 112 report, suppression of crimes, and prevention.”
