A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
【The Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for an injury, etc. at the Incheon District Court on November 15, 2018, and completed the execution of the sentence on August 28, 2020.
1. The Defendant: (a) around 22:00 on October 13, 2020, the Defendant was provided with alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 105,00 in total amount of KRW 105,00,00,00, including alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 15,00,00,00, in addition to alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 75,00,00, inasmuch as he/she had no intention or ability to pay the alcohol value even if he/she was provided with alcoholic beverages and liquors; and (b) he/she was provided with alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 105,00,00 in total, including alcoholic beverages equivalent to KRW 15,30,00.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
2. "200 Highest 9965";
A. On November 2, 2020, around 06:08, the Defendant: (a) intruded into “G” operated by the Victim F in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Gyeyang-gu, Incheon; (b) went through an unrectible door to the rear end; and (c) went through the victim’s market price, equivalent to KRW 12,000, and KRW 60,000, and KRW 50,000, the market price of the victim’s ownership, which is located at the same place, was f0, and stolen the victim’s property by intrusion into a structure managed by the victim at night.
B. On November 3, 2020, around 15:10 on November 3, 2020, the Defendant invadedd a structure by entering the 'J restaurant' operated by the victim I located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, through a door that has not been corrected by thefting, and invaded the structure managed by the victim.

The Defendant attempted to larceny the above B. B. At the time and place mentioned in the above paragraph, the victim K-owned market value of KRW 4,800 is equivalent to the victim K-owned price, and the Defendant attempted to commit the theft with two balls f0 soldiers, which are located in the back of the place.
3. The Defendant, around October 28, 2020, 10095, was established without correction on the roads of “M” located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon around October 28, 2020, at the market price of KRW 100,000, which is the victim N owned by the Defendant.
