The summary of the facts charged is that the defendant is the representative of the Co., Ltd. C in Ansan-si and runs the business of the Plateral Teaching Institute with forty full-time workers.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within fourteen days after the cause for such payment occurred.

Nevertheless, the defendant did not pay the total amount of KRW 48,880,810 to six retired workers within 14 days from the date of retirement without agreement on the extension of the payment deadline, such as the details in the list of crimes attached to the above workplace.

A statement of withdrawal of a complaint was submitted to the court to the effect that all six workers do not want the defendant's punishment.
