B. Defendant B provided joint and several sureties with respect to the debt of the above Table Nos. 6

(The plaintiff was liable to the non-party C for the joint and several liability of the debt set forth in the above table No. 8, but C withdrawn the lawsuit against the non-party C on February 18, 2010 in the Busan District Court 2004da255 individual rehabilitation case.

The financial institutions listed in the above table transferred the claims against the Defendants to the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff notified the Defendants of the assignment of claims.

2. According to the above facts, Defendant A, a principal debtor, is liable to pay to the Plaintiff the total amount of KRW 95,445,135 and the total amount of the loan amount of KRW 35,04,002. Defendant B, a joint surety of debt, is jointly and severally liable with Defendant A to pay the amount of KRW 4,818,60,000 and the balance of the loan amount of KRW 12,00,000,000, respectively, from September 25, 2014 to the full payment date.
