A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, in collusion with B, worked as a person at D's entertainment shop located in Goyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-si from July 10, 2016 to December 8, 2016, in collusion with B, and sent to an unspecified male customer who visited his/her business establishment one cash of KRW 200,000 per man in exchange for the price of sexual traffic and as an employee exclusively in charge of sexual traffic, as a person who visited his/her business establishment.
