A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 26, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Death or Injury) driven by Sbrive-ro Brilar Cargo Vehicles, which led to a speed of approximately 40 km from the Jeju Sea-Si, to the E-section from the Jeju Sea-Si, and the Jeju Sea-Si, to the E-section at a speed of about 10 km.

Since there is a crosswalk without signal lights, in such a case, there was a duty of care to safely drive a motor vehicle by checking whether there is a person who renders a motor vehicle driving service with a view to reducing the speed of the motor vehicle while driving the motor vehicle, and properly examining the right and the right of the road.

Nevertheless, the defendant neglected his duty of front-time care and found the victim F (the age of 87) to the left-hand side from the defendant's right-hand side by his negligence, which led to the failure of the defendant to stand up the crosswalk, and immediately operated the crosswalk. However, the defendant did not avoid the situation, but was the victim with the front-hander of the above cargo that the defendant drives.

Ultimately, at around 17:35 of the same day, the Defendant caused the death of the victim due to the above occupational negligence by a H Hospital located in G in Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si.

2. On December 26, 2018, the Defendant illegally used the said cargo vehicle temporarily without the consent of the victim by driving the said cargo vehicle, with the keys attached to the exclusive road located at the Yan-si, Yacheon-si, Gecheon-do, Kimhae-si, Gicheon-si, Gicheon-do, and Bribero, Bri-ro, Briro, Skn-do, Akn-do, Akn-do, Akn-do, Akn-do, Sck-do, Akn

3. Around December 26, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”) and driven a bkm-down fluoron truck without obtaining a driver’s license from the vicinity of the motorway located at the Jeju-si, G, in the direction of D in the same city to D in the same city.
