Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 30,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 15,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No driver of any motor vehicle, etc. shall drive any motor vehicle rapidly more than its maximum speed on the road as determined by the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency

At around 10:56 on June 20, 2020, the Defendant was the driver of the vehicle B, and was driving the vehicle at the speed of 95 km, which exceeds the speed of 80 km per hour, the highest speed of which is restricted.
