Defendant
A is the actual operator of “G” in Ansan-si F, Defendant B is the representative in the name of G, Defendant C is the spouse of Defendant A, and Defendant D are the colon of Defendant A. Defendant B, Defendant C, and Defendant D sell miscellaneous products in “G” with Defendant A.
1. A person who violates the Agricultural Products Quality Control Act was prohibited from falsely marking the country of origin or making an indication likely to confuse the country of origin, but the Defendant A, B, and D conspired to sell the country of origin by falsely transferring the imported shoulder to a pans marked as a domestic product.
