1. 피고인은 2016. 5. 15. 08:00 경 강릉시 C에 있는 피해자 D이 운영하는 ‘E’ 이라는 농산물 판매점 출입문 앞에서 술을 마시던 중, 위 피해 자가 피고인에게 영업에 방해가 되니 다른 곳으로 가달라는 취지로 말을 하자, 피해자에게 “ 내가 뭘 잘못했는데, 씨 발 안 가 ”라고 소리를 지르면서 손에 들고 있던 소주병을 바닥에 던져 깨뜨리는 등 약 10분 동안 소란을 피워 위 농산물 판매점에 들어오려 던 손님들이 들어오지 못하도록 하였다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's agricultural product sales business by force.

2.
