A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 2015, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) in a restaurant with the trade name “E” operated by the victim D in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, Seoul, around 22:00, on the first and last day of March 2015, the Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “Isle. Dohh” on the ground that the victim said that the Defendant was too drunk, and that the victim said that he would no longer drink, and (b) caused the victim to go away from the restaurant for about 15 minutes, such as following the table table.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the victim's restaurant business by force.

2. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant interfered with business, and caused property damage to the “H convenience store” operated by the victim G in Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, which is located in the front of the convenience store. On the road in front of the “H convenience store”, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the customers who drink in the table table installed in front of the convenience store; (b) took a time room; (c) took the victim’s knife radio on the market price, which is the victim’s possession on the front of the convenience store; and (d) took the victim’s knife a knife to the customers, and caused them to leave the disturbance for about 15 minutes.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property and interfered with the victim's convenience store business by force.

3. Performance of official duties.

A. On May 23, 2015, at around 22:15, the Defendant assaulted the “H convenience store” as stated in the foregoing paragraph (2) on the road, and the J slope belonging to the Gangwon Police Station I district of the Gangnam Police Station I district, which the Defendant called out after receiving a report of 112 that the Defendant avoided disturbance, to arrest the Defendant, to take the Defendant out, and to get off the slicker reported to J slope, and was flad with the slicker toward J slope.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of the above J Assistant 112 Report case.

B. On May 23, 2015, the Defendant is within the protection detention room of the detention room of the Gangnam Police Station located in 377 in the Gangnam Police Station at around 23:10, Gangwon-si, and from the K Assistant Inspector belonging to the said police station.
