A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the victim B(n, 46 years of age) and the married couple around 1994, and is currently in a divorce lawsuit.
1. Interference with business;
A. At around 10:21 on February 1, 2020, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the victim while under the influence of alcohol in the D restaurant operated by the victim located in Heung-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu; (b) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 40 minutes, including the Defendant, by cutting off the tables in his hand and cutting off them into the floor with his hand, and cutting down them on the floor by her hand; and (c) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force.
B. At around 18:21 on February 17, 2020, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about seven minutes in a way that many customers who were in the restaurant are out of the restaurant by getting out of the restaurant by exposing the disturbance, such as having the victim walked and walked out the petroleum string in which the victim did not fully pay the Defendant’s card, and having the victim do so.
C. On April 27, 2020, around 18:16, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by force for about one hour, including, but not limited to, whether the victim was fright away from his will, why she was fright away from his will, why she was frightd, and why she was frightd to be treated by mistake, and how she was frightd, and how she was frightly living.
At around 14:00 on April 28, 2020, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the victim under the influence of alcohol in the D restaurant operated by the victim of the Heak-gu public entertainment area C, Cheongju-si, and (b) obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for about 40 minutes, such as “singing, opening, singing, sing out, and singing out of the restaurant.” (c) sound, and allowing customers who provided meals at the above restaurant to grow out of the restaurant.
E. On April 29, 2020, the Defendant is in the Heung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Cheongju-si around 18:10.
