Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On June 9, 201, Defendant B was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act at the Seoul Eastern District Court on September 9, 201, and the said judgment was finalized on September 9, 201. On July 20, 2012, Defendant B was sentenced to two years of suspension of execution and fine of 60 million won in imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (tax) in the Suwon District Court’s Ansan Branch on July 20, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 16, 2012

1. Defendant A
(a) No person who violates the Petroleum and Petroleum Substitute Fuel Business Act shall manufacture, import or sell pseudo petroleum products, store, transport or keep pseudo petroleum products with the knowledge that such products are pseudo petroleum products, or supply, sell, store, transport or keep petroleum products, petrochemicals, alternative fuel, materials containing carbon and hydrogen in order to manufacture or use them as pseudo petroleum products;
1) Upon the Defendant’s joint criminal conduct with G and B, up to 2007, when he/she controlled H oil storage in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, by 207, by supplying, manufacturing, and transporting pseudo petroleum, the Defendant, with the consent of B, intended to change the name of his/her wife I from March 30, 201 to B, and manage his/her existing storage place in his/her operation, while manufacturing, storing, and transporting pseudo petroleum products. (A) The Defendant in collusion with G and B around 18:20 on March 25, 2011, up to 20:10 on a 20-year aggregate of pseudo petroleum products, from around 200 to 23:5 on a 15-year aggregate of pseudo petroleum products, from around 18:20 on a 20-year aggregate of pseudo petroleum products, and from around 20:3:0 on a 5-year aggregate of 10-year storage tanks and 2:16.4.6
