A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2016, the Defendant sent 600,000 won to the end of the mid-term around 2016, on the roads of Masung-si, on the condition that he lends 2 Mac Card from the injured party to one month, and sent Mac Card connected to the account of an enterprise bank in the name of the Defendant, one Mac Card connected to the account of a new bank (D), and one Mac Card connected to the account of an enterprise bank (E) in the name of the Defendant, through Kwikset service articles, respectively.
