Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and six months and by a fine of ten million won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall open a place or space for gambling for profit.

C (one day D) played the role of managing employees and settling gambling funds as the total operating book of “E”, which is a private gambling site, and F (from July 2016 to July 2017) assisted sports games and distribution rate inputs, taking full charge of the management of the aforementioned gambling site members, programs, and server management, and the Defendant (from July 2016 to January 2017), G (from October 2016 to February 2017), H (the period of crime), and H (from October 2016 to July 7, 2017), and I (the period of crime) deposited game money in accordance with the results of the games and distribution rate and funds received from members, and charged them with money transfer, respectively.

Accordingly, from July 5, 2016 to January 17, 2017, the Defendant Company: (a) deposited the money received from the members of the website through “E (E)” (E) in a private Internet gambling site in the office located in the Chinese Cheongdo from the above F, etc. for commercial purposes; and (b) deposited the game money with the above members, who received the money from the members of the website, in the game money; and (c) deposited the money with the members who received the money for the game money, in accordance with the result of the sports games held in the domestic and foreign sports sport team organized on the bulletin board at the above site, in accordance with the rate of distribution set at the time of hosting, in the event that the members did not pay the game money, and did not pay it, the sum was equivalent to 6,468 members who opened and operated the gambling site and deposited the money under the name of 46,468 members, in the manner that they did not return the gambling machine.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with F, set up a space for gambling for profit.
