Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person, other than a sports promotion corporation and an entrusted business entity, who violates the National Sports Promotion Act (or opening, etc. gambling) or who opens a gambling space, shall issue (including issuing through an information and communications network) sports promotion voting rights or things similar thereto and provide property or property benefits to persons who win the result;

(Account Number: 1,090,160,675 in total, No. 68 through No. 639) and pay dividends according to the plaque, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.
