A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name of heading 608 of Pyeongtaek-si Btel and 1613 and 1812 of Pyeongtaek-si C.

From May 2017 to November 201 of the same year, the Defendant received 150,000 won from many unspecified customers, who found an advertisement on the Internet sexual traffic site “E,” etc., and provided the said customers with a guide to each of the above customers, including F, in favor of female employees, such as F, to engage in sexual intercourse.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging sexual traffic.
