1. Defendant A and Defendant B jointly and severally share KRW 17,542,429 with respect to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff from August 4, 2015 to August 2015.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

As the provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Part-Time 3 Grounds for Appeal (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act) was promulgated on September 25, 2015 and came into force on October 1, 2015, 20% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, shall be recognized, and the portion in excess shall be dismissed.
