1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 462,787,94 and KRW 460,000 among them.

1. The description of the request shall be as shown in the attached Form;

2. Judgment by public notice for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

As the provisions on statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, only the damages for delay calculated by the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015 and the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, shall be dismissed, and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
