1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet;

(b) KRW 4,400,000 and as regards this,

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal are promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment, shall be recognized, and the exceeding part shall be dismissed.
