Punishment of the crime

1. 피고인은 2014. 1. 16. 새벽 인천 부개동에 있는 상호를 알 수 없는 피시방에서, 평소 ‘C’이라는 캐릭터를 사용하는 피해자 D와 사이가 좋지 않던 중, 컴퓨터를 이용하여 인터넷 게임인 리니지2에 접속하여 게임을 하는 불특정 다수의 사람들이 볼 수 있는 채팅창에 “C이야~ 상간ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 탈하기전에, 상간녀가 다 털어 갈걸, 상간 패밀리오면 상간 혈~ 되냐ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 더러워ㅋㅋ 상간~ 더러워~ 이전온날 자게 로 잼난 상간 이야기 해야돼ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 빡 애들 중에 이전와서 D 라는 이름 가진 상간을 조심해라ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 줘 털린다 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ”라는 내용의 글을 게시하였다.
