A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

(2) shall suspend the enforcement of the above sentence for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

1. Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the honor of the victim E by divulging openly false facts through information and communication network with a view to slandering the people.

3. On July 22, 2014, the Defendant, using a mobile phone, posted a statement that “W.daump” on the bulletin board of “B”, “W.Daumt,” which is an Internet site, and then posted a statement on the title “C,” which is “W.D apartment E, the husband of the factory, Changwon-si, Dazack, 46 FG Office, Hackern, Hack-gu, Hack-si, Hack-si, Hack-si, Hack-si, Hack-si, Hack-si, Hack-si.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the honor of the victim E and I by divulging public false information through information and communication network with a view to slandering the people.
