Punishment of the crime
【Criminal Power】 On November 11, 2010, the Defendant sentenced 1 year and six months to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Detention Center on August 8, 201.
【Criminal Facts】 The Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and thus, he/she shall not possess, use, transport, administer, sell, deliver, receive, or deliver psychotropic drugs-related psychotropic drugs-related Mescopons (one Mescopon; hereinafter “Mescopons”).
1. On July 1, 2012, at around 18:00 on July 1, 2012, the Defendant sold phiphones, a single philophone in which KRW 500,000,000 in cash was cut from E in the BM car operated by the Defendant, parked in D located in Gyeonggi-si C and approximately 0.5g of philophones, and sold philophones.

B. On May 2, 2012, the Defendant received a request from P to accept phiphones from P, and around 23:50 on the same day, included approximately 0.7 g of phiphones from the Changwon bus terminal in the Changwon-si's marketing dong.
