The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 168,108,485 won with 12% per annum from June 16, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. The grounds for the plaintiff's claim are as shown in the annexed sheet.

2. On the other hand, the defendant does not clearly dispute the facts alleged by the plaintiff, so it is deemed to have been led to confession under Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 168,108,485 won with 12% interest per annum from June 16, 2020 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case (payment order).

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is justified.
