1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from June 27, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

The head of the State, the Defendant, after receiving a subcontract for the extension of the 7th floor construction work from the Construction Corporation of the Construction Corporation, awarded the Plaintiff a sub-subcontract of the 7th floor large construction work of the said construction work.

The Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed on the construction cost of the said 7th floor light construction in KRW 250,000,000, and the Defendant paid KRW 190,000 out of the said construction cost and did not pay KRW 60,000,000.

Therefore, the Plaintiff requires the Defendant to pay 60,000,000 won and 15% interest per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from June 27, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of the application for payment order.

2. However, since the defendant does not clearly dispute the plaintiff's assertion, it shall be deemed that he made a confession pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the ground that the plaintiff's claim is justified.
