Punishment of the crime

From June 2, 2011 to March 2, 2012, the Defendant opened a Japanese cartoon file in which a sexual intercourse may occur and shared the file in order for members of an unspecified number of members of the website to download the Internet web site by not later than October 5, 2012, by accessing the Internet web site file (www, filham.com) (www, filth.com).

As a result, the Defendant distributed obscene materials for children and juveniles, and distributed obscene images via information and communication networks, respectively, on seven occasions.
