The Defendant is a member of a web hard file box (www.filthm.com) through an information and communications network to share a number of files with multiple people.

No person in violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (production, distribution, etc. of obscene materials) shall sell, lend, or distribute child or juvenile pornography for profit, or possess, transport, openly exhibit or exhibit for such purpose.
