A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 15:00 on December 21, 2015, the Defendant cut off another’s property more than six times in total, as shown in the list of crimes, from around 2016 to January 21, 2016, by inserting the gap in which the care of the victim E was neglected from the “D” store located on the first floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government CFra, thereby making it difficult for the Defendant to put the victim’s 69,000 won of the market price owned by the victim and without calculating it.

2. 2016고단3150 피고인은 2016. 6. 16. 15:50경 제주시 연북로 1에 있는 롯데마트 제주점 2층 매장에서, 경비직원인 피해자 F의 감시가 소홀한 틈을 이용하여 매장 내에 진열되어 있던 시가 6,750원 상당의 삼립 하이면 매콤우동 5봉지, 시가 5,500원 상당의 샤프란퍼퓸 딜라이트풀로즈 1통, 시가 8,900원 상당의 체리 1통, 시가 13,960원 상당의 진주 프리미엄 천하장사 2봉지, 시가 3,980원 상당의 제스프리 골드키위 1통, 시가 30,000원 상당의 몬다비 우드브릿지 카베네 와인 1병 등 합계 69,090원 상당의 물건을 소지하고 있던 가방에 넣어 가지고 가 이를 절취하였다.

A. At around 14:00 on July 31, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim’s market price displayed on the outside sales stand of the store outside the store using a crepan in the “I” store operated by the victim H located in the Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G1stro, by means of a crepan in favor of other customers.

B. At around August 16, 2016, the Defendant: (a) stolen a pair of 30,000 won in the market price owned by the victim displayed in the outside sales stand of the store using the cresh of other customers at the place under the above paragraph (1).

4. The Defendant, around 13:11, on July 24, 2016, displayed at the selling stand in the victim J management room located in the second floor in Yongsan-gu Seoul Han River, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, 405 Seoul.
