Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2015, around 21:38, the Defendant: (a) stated that “I fights...........” on the front side of the Mapo-gu Seoul apartment commercial building; and (b) stated that “I amb and dead seat,” to E, a police officer belonging to the D District Unit of Mapo-gu Police Station, called “I amb and dead seat,” and sold E one time by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the dispatch of 112 reported police officers and the handling of civil petition affairs.
