1. On August 2014, the Defendant traded philophonephones with approximately 0.5g of psychotropic drugs, after receiving KRW 300,000 in cash from E, F, and G, within the scope of “D” operated by the Defendant in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and selling Melophones.
2. On August 27, 2014, the Defendant received philophones by delivering the volume of philophones to the above E and G free of charge at the same place as the new wall time border.
3. On July 20, 2014, the Defendant administered philophones in the same place with the new wall time around July 20, 2014, in a manner that inhales 15g philophones purchased 3 million won from a person with no personal name and inhales them using a philophone inhales inhaler, and from the date and time to August 26, 2014, the Defendant administered philophones in the same manner as the new wall time per day from August 28, 2014 to October 29, 2014.
4. 5. On October 29, 2014, the Defendant, holding a philophone, stored approximately 0.46g (No. 5 and 7) in a tobacco case and carried a philophone in the same place as around 20:05, and kept philophones in a tobacco case.

1. At around 01:30 on August 12, 2014, the Defendant purchased and sold 0.45g philophones by receiving KRW 400,000 in cash from I and selling philophones.
