Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2014, at around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) was stolen through packaging directors, such as shock 2 million won in total in the market value of the victim D and the joint-owned market value of the victim D, the former wife; (b) shock 2 million won in total.
