A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any foreigner who enters the airport or harbor of Jeju Self-Governing Province without a visa to stay in Jeju Self-Governing Province for tourism or passage in violation of the Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Creation of Free International City, shall obtain permission to extend the sojourn area, if he/she intends to move to

The defendant, as a Chinese citizen, entered Jeju Self-Governing Province as a tourist visa, was paid a 44,000 square meters bill on the condition that the defendant moves the defendant to another region within the territory of the Republic of Korea.

On August 1, 2011, the defendant entered Jeju Self-Governing Province through Jeju Airport without a visa, pretending to the tourist purpose, and the same year.

8. On 11:00, at around 20:1, the passenger vessel was on board with his/her name brocon without obtaining permission for extension of his/her sojourn area, and arrived at the south-do port on the same day.

As a result, the defendant moved to another area within the territory of the Republic of Korea without obtaining permission for extension of sojourn area.

2. Around August 21, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) (hereinafter “Facc”) and driven a C-pon vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license in a section of about 2 km from the reliance on the trust and loan of Samho-gun, Young-gun to 7-ro 7-ro in the front of the Samhodo-dong in the same Eup.
