A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

With Chinese nationality, the Defendant paid a price to the Broker for the entry arrangement of Chinese whereabouts, and had a mind to have his employment by illegally moving to the inland area after entering Jeju-do without a visa.
