1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 1311] When the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, etc., the Defendant parked his/her own cargo vehicle on the street in front of his/her intersection for viewing Kim Dong-dong, Kim Dong-dong, Kim Dong-dong, Kim Jong-dong, Kim Jong-dong, on May 8, 2014, and was urged to move from the victim I to a place where he/she was called after receiving a report, on the ground that he/she was forced to move from the victim I. However, while the assembly was reported by the participants, the Defendant openly insultingd the victims by means of a large sound for about 20 minutes.
