1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;
2. Attached to the charge of interference with business on September 7, 2014 among the facts charged in the instant case.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. A thief, when the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, etc., the Defendant stolen it on August 15, 2014 at the front of the “F” restaurant operated by the victim E in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, with one chairer who is located at the entrance of the said restaurant.
2. A defendant in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collectively, deadly weapons, etc.) threatened a victim by reporting that the victim H (ma, South and 34 years old) who was a customer in Songpa-gu, Seoul, was able to discern things or make decisions with weak ability to discern things due to stimulative disorder, etc. at around 01:20 on September 6, 2014, the defendant threatened the victim with the victim's face, who was a dangerous object without any justifiable reason, when the victim H (ma, South and 34 years old) was moving back to his/her baby in the "G main store" located in Songpa-gu Seoul around September 6, 2014.
Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim with dangerous things.
3. In light of the lack of ability to discern things or make decisions due to a bipolartic disorder, etc., the Defendant: (a) around September 6, 2014, at around 01:00, the victim I operated by Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter referred to as “G main store”); (b) without any justifiable reason, took a look at the customers; (c) hereinafter referred to as “old year”; and (d) took music by using a blus strush so that they left the place.
From the same date to September 20, 2014, the Defendant interfered with the victims’ work on a total of eight occasions, such as the attached Table 1, 3, and 9.
4. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Intimidation, etc.) has weak ability to discern things or make decisions due to stimulative disorder, etc.
