A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant was found to have known that the victim B (the name, the 12-year age) was the ID of the Mesenger's Mesenger's Mesenger's Mesenger's Mesenger's Mesenger's.

1. On May 29, 2019, the Defendant: (a) threatened the victim’s resistance at the Dogdong Underground Parking Lot in Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangju, that “I will spread the video if you do not move,” and forced the victim to promptly put the Defendant’s sexual flag into the victim’s entrance.

Accordingly, the defendant, through intimidation, committed an act of inserting the defendant's sexual organ into the mouth of the victim who is a child or juvenile.

3. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse;

A. On June 7, 2019, the Defendant sent a Kakakao Stockholm message at a scarooel place, “Spane, Spanish, Spanish, Spanish, Spanish, Spanish.” If the victim does not appear, the Defendant threatened the victim to spread the sexually related video at the underground parking lot under the above paragraph (2) and then seeing the spread of the video, and put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the negative part of the victim’s sexual intercourses with a suppression of resistance.

B. On June 11, 2019, the Defendant got the victim from the victim’s house around 16:00.
