A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a woman who has acquired the nationality of the Republic of Korea from a Chinese ship.

On December 2, 2015, the Defendant, at the same time, proposed that smartphones (hereinafter referred to as “earphones”) stolen or lost in the Republic of Korea from China, a female of the Chinese ship, be transported to China and sold to China, and the Defendant was willinged to create a model company called “E” in Incheon Jung-gu, and deliver the stolen smartphones to China through the home line in accordance with the guidance of “E”, and then transport the stolen smartphones from Korea to China, and C is the general manager of Korea, and C is the Defendant, through the Defendant, to build the stolen smartphones from China, and F is responsible for the transportation of stolen smartphones from Korea to China.

1. Transportation of stolen goods;

A. On December 24, 2015, at around 14:00, the Defendant and C transported a total of 12 copies of smartphones from the time to February 5, 2016, as described in attached Table 1, in possession of two smartphones in the market price and the type of non-name-free goods sent from G to G that received instructions from non-name-free persons to dispatch their home at the above “E”, and transported two smartphones from the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu, Incheon to the airport of Jung-gu, Incheon to the office of China.

Accordingly, the defendant transported stolen goods in collusion with C.

B. On December 5, 2015, the Defendant, C, and F’s joint crime committed by the Defendant, C, and F, as seen above, had F, carrying three of the market price and three of the non-name-based smartphones from G that were sent by the non-name-free person in the above “E,” and transported them to C’s office located in the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon International Airport to the Incheon International Airport, and as indicated in attached Table 2, from that time until January 11, 2016.
